MTD Capital Bhd (MTDC) is an investment holding company with interest in Infrastructure Development, namely the Tolled Roads, Construction, Property Development, Manufacturing, Energy, Ports and Waste Management.

MTDC was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 27 January 1994, and was subsequently transferred to the Main Board in December 1998.

Its presence have spread across different regions including the Southeast Asia, Middle East and India continent.
