Property Development

MTD’s property development business is located in Ayer Keroh, Melaka totalling 1,874 acres. Undertaken by its 75% subsidiary, Metacorp, Phase 1 of its development is the 742-acre Taman Tasik Utama (TTU). TTU is being developed into an integrated township comprising residential and commercial units, industry lots and educational facilities.
