KUALA LUMPUR: Infrastructure company AlloyMtd Group has sold its Bangunan Shell Malaysia in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur to Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia for RM138mil.
The exercise was done via AlloyMtds unit Alloy Properties Sdn Bhd, the group said on Friday.
AlloyMtd bought the Bangunan Shell Malaysia in 2003 and leased to Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd until Mar 15, 2014.
